monicaPrior to becoming part of RPP Consulting team, Mónica M. Arroyo Seguí worked as Project Development Manager for Voike, a start-up company in Miami, FL where she led teams to conduct field research for business opportunities in Colombia and Santo Domingo. She was also responsible for quality control of products developed for Sony Music-Latin American Division.

Until 2013, she worked as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Senate of Puerto Rico, where she collaborated in public policy issues, and also served as liaison for the President’s local, state and federal initiatives and commitments.

During her years in college, she interned for Congressman Michael Burgess (R-TX 26th District) district office. In 2011, she was selected among hundreds of applicants for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Internship Program in Washington DC, where she worked for Congressman Ed Pastor (D-AZ 7th District).

In 2009, she was 1 out of 10 college students to receive the William Jefferson Clinton Scholarship for the American University in Dubai where she spent a semester studying economics abroad.  She obtained a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of Texas, Arlington.
