Eugenia OrsiniWith over 18 years of legal experience, Mrs. Orsini-Herencia has worked both in the public and private sectors. She initiated her legal career serving as Judicial Clerk for Associate Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, Hon. Miriam Naveira de Rodón.

For several years, she practiced Labor and Employment Law as an Associate at Goldman, Antonetti & Córdova, PSC, providing legal advice and representing employers in administrative fora as well as state and federal courts. Later, Mrs. Orsini-Herencia joined Látimer, Biaggi, Rachid & Godreau, LLP as Senior Associate, where she broadened her professional experience practicing Civil and Commercial Litigation; handling Corporate, Financing and Banking, Real Estate, Contracts, Estate and Notary Law matters, and conducting state and federal appellate practice.

Mrs. Orsini-Herencia made her inroad into Telecommunications and Cable Television Law in 2003, when she decided to go back to public service as Legal Counsel at the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board. In the course of 10 years, she acquired vast experience and in-depth knowledge of Administrative Law practice, and Telecommunications and Cable Television regulatory matters which included, among others, public policy advocacy at State Legislative Bodies, the Federal Communications Commission and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (“NARUC”). She was a member of NARUC’s Staff Subcommittee on Consumer Affairs from 2008 until 2013.

In 2013 she founded Orsini Herencia Law Office, and currently works in partnership with RPP Law offices. Her areas of practice include Telecommunications and Cable Television Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Contracts, General Corporate Law, and Estate and Notary Law matters.

She holds a B.A. from Boston College (1992) and a Juris Doctor degree from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law (1995).

She is admitted to the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (1996), the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (1998) and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit (1996). She is also a Notary Public.

Mrs. Orsini-Herencia has been serving as member of the Board of Trustees of Atlantic University College since 2008, a leading educational institution in digital arts, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
